Ticket Scanning

How to Scan Tickets

1. Download the ticket scanning app and enter your app key
2. Scan a Ticket
3. Select Check-in or
Group Check-in

Download the app for your device using the links at the bottom of the page. Once you submit the form below, we will email you your show/user specific app key(s)

Once you open the app, select "Scan" to start scanning tickets

Once you scan a ticket is scanned and validated, you will have the option to either check in just that ticket, or check in their entire order/party all at once without having to scan each ticket individually
